RETURN AND WARRANTY

AURUM JEWELRY STORE acts as a distributor, and the warranty offered is that provided by the supplier.

Pieces may undergo some form of alteration due to the care given to them, an individual's PH levels, or contact with any type of liquid (perfume, water, sweat).

The use that each user gives to the products is their own responsibility.

To make exchanges, it is essential to present a gift or purchase receipt within the first 7 days after purchase. The item must be in its original packaging, with tags, and unused.

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • No refunds will be issued in the event of an error made on your order.
  • No refunds will be issued for personalized jewelry.

The customer must return the merchandise subject to return.

WARRANTIES

  • AURUM JEWELRY STORE acts as a distributor for manufacturers or wholesale distributors who guarantee that the products sold on the website function correctly and do not have defects or hidden flaws that could make them dangerous or unsuitable for normal use. However, the use that each User makes of the products is their sole responsibility, without any liability on the part of AURUM JEWELRY STORE.
  • Products modified or repaired by the User or any other person not authorized by the supplier or manufacturer are excluded from the warranty. The warranty will not apply to apparent flaws and defects of conformity of the product, for which any claim must be made by the User in question within 7 days following the delivery of the products. The warranty will not cover products damaged due to improper use.
  • For in-store purchases, it is essential to show the purchase or gift receipt for any exchange (whether physical or digital, photo/email).
  • All products purchased at AURUM JEWELRY STORE may be exchanged, provided they are returned within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of delivery and provided that the User complies with the rest of the conditions established in this section.
